Amourè Buy-Back Policy

At Amourè, we value the trust and satisfaction of our customers. Our buy-back policy is designed to offer you peace of mind and confidence in your purchase of lab-grown diamond jewelry.

Eligibility:

This buy-back policy is applicable to all lab-grown diamond jewelry purchased from Amourè.
Jewelry must be in its original condition, without any damage or alterations, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt and certification.

Buy-Back Value:

Diamonds: We will offer 80% of the current market value of the lab-grown diamonds.
Gold: The buy-back value of the gold will be calculated based on the current day’s gold rate.
Making Charges: Making charges will be fully deducted.
Discounts: Any discounts applied at the time of purchase will also be deducted from the buy-back value.
GST: GST paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
Calculation Example:

If a piece of jewelry has:
Lab-grown diamond value: ₹100,000
Gold value (as per current rate): ₹50,000
Making charges: ₹10,000
GST paid: ₹5,000
Discount applied: ₹15,000
Buy-Back Amount:
Diamond value: 80% of ₹100,000 = ₹80,000
Gold value: ₹50,000
Deduction of making charges: ₹10,000
Deduction of discount: ₹15,000
Total buy-back value: ₹80,000 + ₹50,000 – ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 = ₹105,000
Procedure:

To initiate a buy-back, please visit our store with the original purchase documents and the jewelry.
Our experts will evaluate the condition of the jewelry and calculate the buy-back value based on the above policy.
The buy-back amount will be processed through your preferred payment method within 15 working days.
Terms and Conditions:

This policy is subject to change at the discretion of Amourè.
The buy-back policy is not applicable to customized or personalized jewelry.
Any jewelry found to be tampered with, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for the buy-back offer.
